A Day At the Zoo

Today we ventured off to the Buffalo Zoo for a day of fun with a dear old college friend and her four children. Yes, Sharon and her four children, me and my four = 8 children... 2 adults and a fantastic time had by all!!!! The kids all did great and it was so wonderful seeing Sharon and meeting her little ones.

A bit O braggin.... I was so happy with the way my kiddos acted with the little ones. They all wanted to be helpers. Nate was holding hands and helping little ones see, Nolan was holding Hudson's hand even while he was sitting in the stroller and the girls were great little "mommies" to their new friends. I was proud of their behavior!

Conversation had on the way home:

Nevada: That was fun. I like my new friends, especially Hudson.

Nolan: Is that your new boyfriend?

Nevada: Yes!

Neleah: He can't be your boyfriend. He can't even talk yet.

Nevada: He can still be my boyfriend.

Neleah: But you can't marry him.

Nevada: I understand! He's my boyfriend!
